*New Made 8cm German GrW.34 Mortar Cup
Important Notice
If you have purchased a cup IE the “Receiver,” a barrel cannot be sent to you until an approved form 1 is received. It is not being sold as a registered destructive device. The cup, which is the receiver, must be shipped to an FFL licensee within your state. The cup will transfer as a standard Title 1 firearm receiver, no different than a standard rifle, shotgun, or handgun. You will go to your dealer and fill out the standard 4473 over-the-counter firearms transaction record. Once the receiver is in your possession, you must fill out and submit Form 1 (application to make and register an NFA firearm) to the BATFE, requesting permission to make a destructive device. Once you have received the approved Form 1 back from the ATF, you will provide us a copy of the Form 1 for our records. You will then be able to purchase the barrel.
Must ship to an FFL license, as a Title 1 firearm receiver (no NFA transfer tax or paperwork required to go to FFL dealer). Be advised that it is a violation of ATF/NFA rules to possess a compatible 8cm cup (receiver) and an 8cm tube (barrel) at the same time without an ATF approved Form 1 or Form 4 for the 8cm mortar (or have a Type 10 Federal Firearms License) a barrel cannot be bought until an approved form 1 is received. New Made 8cm German GrW.34 mortar cup/receiver. Drawings were made of an original WWII GrW.34 mortar cup and this new made copy was machined from a solid block of 4140 chrome-moly steel. We perform fitment test to an original German GrW.34 barrel and a GrW.34 firing pin, as well as test-firing the units before they ship. Minor imperfections and handling marks might be present from test-fitment and test-firing. We only guarantee fitment to barrels and firing pins that we manufacture, as well as original German Heer barrels and firing pins that do not have any thread damage.
Cups are currently raw steel, unfinished, with a coat of oil to prevent oxidation and rust to the exterior and interior of the cup. Upon request, we can prime or paint the cup prior to shipment, otherwise, they will be shipped covered in the anti-rust preservative. Firing pin and threaded firing pin plug are not included with the cup, but are available for purchase (newly machined).
